STEVE TREIBEL

Steve is Founder and President of Treibel Partners. Prior to launching Treibel Partners in 2003, he was first, the Director of Research and later, a Partner at McCormack & Farrow. Earlier, he was Director of Human Resources at Emulex and Manager of Human Resources at MAI/Basic Four Corporation.

Steve has a Bachelors Degree from University of California, Riverside. He has served on the board of the Product Development and Management Association, Southern California Chapter and on the Program Committee for the Technology Council of Southern California. He is a published author in “Visions Magazine” and is a regular speaker on career management.

JEFF HUBER

Jeff brings a diversified technical and operations background that includes engineering, quality, and operations leadership at all levels from executive suite to project management. He also has hands-on experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering, product management, and sales and marketing. Jeff has worked in leadership roles at Goodrich Aerospace, Advanced Aerospace, Driessen Aerospace, Adams-Rite, and Sunstrand. 

He has a BSME with Honors from Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA with High Honors from Rockford College.
